Tom has been around cars and in the car business his entire life. He enjoys fixing cars, selling cars, building and restoring cars, and racing cars. He knows the business and demands a high level of customer satisfaction. When not working, he enjoys his family, wife Gloria, two daughters and of course there's the grand kids.

New Car Manager
After a 23 year career in the US Army, mark and his family joined the dealership in 1993. He loves cars, trucks, tractors and anything mechanical (a perfect fit on the Palouse). He enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his family, wife Kaye, 3 children, their spouses, and 4 grandchildren. "Customer service is our job every day!"

Business & Finance Manager
Fran, his wife Tina and two sons Alex and Kaden, joined the dealership in the summer of 2000. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with degrees in business, psychology, and education. After 5 years of teaching in the Coeurd'Alene school district, he decided to pursue his desire for business and came to Chipman & Taylor. When not working at the dealership, Fran enjoys spending time with his wife and kids on the lake, playing sports and camping.

Used Car Manager
Dick is no stranger to our area, or to the car business and brings a wealth of experience to our team. He was born in Colfax and raised in Moscow, one of ten children. Dick grew up in the business working for his father in a family owned store. He has worked in all areas of the business, and has been in sales for 27 years . When not selling cars, he he likes to spend time with his wife Melanie, and their two sons. In addition to building a cabin, he likes the outdoors, fishing, boating, golfing and camping.

Office Manager
Geoff is no stranger to the Palouse. He grew up in Colfax and graduated from WSU in 1995 with a degree in business and accounting. He played baseball for the Cougars, and following graduation he coached baseball at Central Washington University for 2 years. He then joined the dealership and has been here for over 6 years. He enjoys sports, boating and the lake when not working to keep our books in order

Parts Manager
Jerry brings a wealth of experience to the dealership. He's been in the parts business for over 32 years, and over 22 of those years, here at Chipman & Taylor Chevrolet. He and his wife Dyan have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. When not with the family, they enjoy the water and the outdoors and spend as much time as they can at their cabin on Lake Chatcolet.

Dale is one of the leaders in the long line of experience that our dealership is fortunate to employ. He was born and raised in this area and has worked in the automotive and automotive repair field for over 40 years, 31 of them here at Chipman and Taylor Chevrolet. Dale leads a team of technicians that have earned the highest honors that GM offers, and the highest ratings of any other dealership on the palouse. Their knowledge, professionalism, fairness, and friendly nature are unsurpassed! Dale enjoys spending time with his family, he and his wife have a daughter and a son, with friends, traveling, and everything about the outdoors.
