Tom has been around cars and in the car business his entire life.  He enjoys fixing cars, selling cars, building and restoring cars, and racing cars.  He knows the business and demands a high level of customer satisfaction.  When not working, he enjoys his family, wife Gloria, two daughters and of course there's the grand kids.

After a 23 year career in the US Army, mark and his family joined the dealership in 1993.  He loves cars, trucks, tractors and anything mechanical (a perfect fit on the Palouse).  He enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his family, wife Kaye, 3 children, and 3 grand children.  "Customer service is our job every day!"

Fran, his wife Tina and two sons Alex and Kaden, joined the dealership in the summer of 2000.  He graduated from Eastern Washington University with degrees in business, psychology, and education.  After 5 years of teaching in the Coeurd'Alene school district, he decided to pursue his desire for business and came to Chipman & Taylor.  When not working at the dealership, Fran enjoys spending time with his wife and kids on the lake, playing sports and camping. 

Dick is no stranger to our area, or to the car business and brings a wealth of experience to our team.  He was born in Colfax and raised in Moscow, one of ten children.  Dick grew up in the business working for his father in a family owned store.  He has worked in all areas of the business, and has been in sales for 27 years .  When not selling cars, he he likes to spend time with his wife Melanie, and their two sons.  In addition to building a cabin, he likes the outdoors, fishing, boating, golfing and camping.
