Service was done timely, but I will never be back for this service again. Astronomical bill for my oil change was ridiculous. Almost $500.00 for oil change on my new pickup. Are you kidding me!!!! For the price we pay for a brand new truck, I would certainly think you could allow free oil changes or discounted at least. Was completely shocked when I saw the bill. Won’t be back!

We were told there was nothing wrong with our Yukon XL and charges $250 and sent on our way. They fixed nothing and charged a lot to give zero answers.

My husband made the appointment. It was all a bit weird. Air filter replacement cost $70, I was told we needed it to be replaced instead of being shown & asked if I wanted it to be replaced along with a quote. After 2 hours of waiting in person when the oil change was done, I was in the waiting room, but my husband was called instead of me. I was literally the only person waiting. While I waited, I got to hear all about the internal office coffee politics, who makes it right, who doesn’t, and what needs to be done about it. Would love to keep supporting Chipman but we’re not going back.

Onstar system was reprogrammed but apparently no one checked to see if it actually worked afterwards. The equinox EV did not connect to OnStar to the internet. GPS doesn't work and nor do the apps

There was no follow up from dealership to inform me of my vehicle’s status. The service department representative was indifferent and difficult to understand. I felt like I was bothering him by simply trying to get an update on my truck. Service Departments in auto dealership’s play an important role in influencing customer purchasing decisions. It gives me pause about buying a new truck from Chipman Taylor in the future!

Fran and his staff go above and beyond to make their sales go smoothly. This is my 5 purchase/trade through them and would not go anywhere else!

I booked an appointment online for an oil change for my GMC Sierra half ton pick up. Online it said it was $79 for the oil change. I also selected to have my tires rotated. I have done this for the past four years and have never been charged to have my tires rotated. Also, the website did not state a price to have the tires rotated. The only price that was stated on the website was the $79 oil change. When I received my bill, it was $164. I asked why wasn’t it the same price as the website to the service desk representative told me that oil is going up. And we all know that oil’s been going down, and it’s the cheapest it’s been in several years. He pretty much told me it is what it is and walked away. Which is really a moot point, because the website said it was $79 and they charged me over $100 I believe about $120 for the oil change not $79 and then they added a $29 service fee to rotate my tires which like I stated before has never been done. I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service and I will not be bringing my pick up back for any service… and when it’s time to upgrade to a three-quarter ton pick up, I will not be buying it at Chipman Taylor in Pullman.

Rac Rac is very personable. I appreciate how good he is at helping me make a decide what is the best course to take in maintaining my PU. I appreciated getting 3 choices of tires. I was also provided with a basic description of the tires that helped me decide which set of tires would work best for the type of driving I do.

While the alternator took far too long to get there, not the fault of the dealership, when it did and another part was noticed to be broken, as well, that was taken care of and I know that they worked on all of it as soon as they possibly could. The friendly and communicative staff always make it a pleasure.

I had a crisis coming back from Moscow. The light come on about my tire sensor so I was really freaking out. I got over to Pullman to Chipman and Taylor and they got me in right away, took care of me. And I was out of there within a couple hours. Their fantastic customer service is unbelievable. I wouldn't go to anyone else here.

It was good other than the tech hadn't finished greasing the steering joints.

The service department was very flexible in scheduling a recall. They were also very quick in accomplishing it once scheduled.

I got a great price on a new set of tires for my truck. The service team helped me find the right tires and quickly got the job done.

I bought my for a service issue - a known problem the GM listed as a fault within many GM vehicles, even my service writer has the same "shift to park" on his vehicle. This should have been.a recall, its a known problem - its posted all over the internet. Also - I didn't appreciate having to clean grease off my center console and key fob. You guys can do better!

I purchased a new EV about a month ago. last Wendsday onstar and the phone app quit working. Also my cell phone wa was no longer paier with the car. Rac arranged for me to bring it in and have the EV technician work on the problem. Bob Lane provided me with curtsey ride home while the technician worked on the problem. Rubin called me the mext morrning an informed me that the car was safe to drive but a moduale had been back ordered. Rac let me know that I would be notified when the part came in. I appreciate the professionalism of both Rac and Rubin in helping me understand the problem. Greg Colvig
